About

I work privately and also for a London NHS Trust as a High Intensity CBT and EMDR therapist and have over 20 years of experience working with clients offering stress management and relaxation training for optimal performance, living and well-being. As well as seeing clients on a one to one basis,  I also run and facilitate groups.

I have a Master’s degree in Applied Positive Psychology – the scientific study of positive human functioning and flourishing. I also hold a Master’s degree in Rational Emotive and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy from Goldsmiths University, London. I am also trained in EMDR.
 

My continued professional development is on-going. I have regular clinical supervision and training, allowing my work to remain evidence-based, state of the art and up to date. 

As well as having an enhanced DBS check, I am an accredited member of the BABCP and AREBT.
